Ajira in the Balmora, Guild of Mages asks you to find her two missing reports on mushrooms and flowers. She is positive that Galbedir stole them (probably in turn for Ajira sabotaging her soul gems). Ajira says that Galbedir has not left the Guild so they must still be somewhere inside.
Speaking with Galbedir goes nowhere unless your Disposition with her is at least 70, in which case she will tell you where she hid each report. Talking with other guild members will give clues on where each report can be found.
The first report is around the corner from Ajira, sticking out from under a wardrobe in the sleeping area. The second is on the ground hiding between two baskets among the ingredients on the ground (middle) floor.
