Once you've obtained the flower samples for Ajira in the Balmora, Guild of Mages, she will ask you to fetch a misc_de_bowl_orange_green_01. Ajira will provide 10 gold to cover the purchase cost, and suggests to try Ra'Virr, a trader next door to the Guild; but any ceramic bowl will do.
