Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec, Guild of Fighters asks you to silence the Argonian Tongue-Toad in Ald-Ruhn, The Rat In the Pot.
If you ask Percius Mercius about Tongue-Toad, he does not know of any crime and suggests to convince him to leave.
If you have Tamriel Rebuilt installed and make him leave, Tongue-Toad will ask for a favour. Go to Teyn, Cirifae's Tradehouse and tell Alomon Juspethe that he is retiring.
