Avon Oran can be found in Suran, Oran Manor in the south side of Suran. He tells you that the bandits have been attacking from the Saturan caverns, northeast of the town on the other side of the hills. He asks you to kill their leader, Daldur Sarys, and report back to him when you have done so.
