Percius Mercius in the Ald-ruhn, Guild of Fighters asks you to collect the bounty on the outlaw Nerer Beneran by killing him. Nerer is in Sargon, north of Maar Gan, apparently a well hidden island. You might have to ask around Maar Gan (just north of Ald'ruhn) for directions.
