When Raven Omayn in the Sadrith Mora, Telvanni Council House mentions the - Black Jinx
, he is most likely not too serious that you can obtain it.
Ask around town to learn that the - Black Jinx
is in the hands of the Morag Tong. In the Morag Tong guild hall in town (Sadrith Mora, Morag Tong Guild) speak with Alven Salas. Unless you are a high ranking member of the Morag Tong yourself, you have to kill him, knock him out or defeat him in a duel.
Return to Raven Omayn with the ring to complete the quest.
