Quest GiverFelisa Ulessen in Sadrith Mora
Prerequisite Questjoin House Telvanni
RewardMark and Recall spells, 500 gold, +5 (Telvanni)

Talk to Felisa Ulessen in Sadrith Mora, Telvanni Council House for chores. She wants you to deliver a skirt to Mistress Therana in Tel Mora (Tel Branora, Upper Tower, Therana's Chamber).

Therana definitively has some bolts loose, but she is still causious. Talk to her to find out she wants you to wear the skirt first in case it's cursed. Instead, convince the Khajiit slave Ra'Zahr to wear the skirt.

Return to Felisa to complete the quest.
