Master Aryon (Tel Vos, Aryon's Chambers) will ask you to help him overturn the Mages Guild monopoly on magic services. To do so he needs the support of at least three Redoran councelors. He suggests that you start with Athyn Sarethi, as he seems to be the most open-minded.
- Go and visit Athyn Sarethi in his manor in Ald'ruhn (Ald-ruhn, Sarethi Manor). Athyn will agree if you raise his Disposition above 50. He will also tell you that the other councilors may agree to overturn the monopoly if you make an 'appeal to fairness'.
- Miner Arobar can be found in the Arobar Manor (Ard-ruhn, Arobar Manor Bedrooms).
- Garisa Llethri can be found in the Llethro private quarters (Ald-Ruhn, Llethri Private Quarters).
- Hlaren Ramoran can be found in the Ramoran private quarters (Ald-Ruhn, Ramoran Private Quarters).
- Brara Morvayn can be found in the Morvayan quarters (Ald-ruhn, Morvayan Quarters).
When you have three or more votes return to Master Aryon.
