Master Aryon (Tel Vos, Aryon's Chambers) will ask you to cure the blighted Kwama Queen in the Mudan-Mul Egg Mine as your next chore.
The mine is found due west of the tower, east of the Nerano Ancestral Tomb. Aryon will offer to teach you the Cure Blight Disease spell if you don't already know it, or you can simply buy some Cure Blight scrolls from Hetman Abelmawia in Gnisis (Gnisis, Abelmawia Hut).
Return to Master Aryon once the queen is cured to complete the quest.
