Manwe's Dues

This is the first quests offered by Ranis Athrys in the Balmora, Guild of Mages once you reach the rank of Journeyman. This and the quest Recruit or Kill Llarar Bereloth are offered at the same time, but are considered separate and will each raise your standing within the Guild.

Ranis Athrys will ask you to collect a debt from Manwe, who has failed to pay her dues for several years, and now owes over 2000 septims. Allegedly she is researching something in Punabi, near Llarar Bereloth in Sulipund. If you can convince Manwe to pay the dues (disposition 60+), Ranis Athrys will split them with you. Otherwise, kill her.
