Edwinna Elbert in the Ald-ruhn, Guild of Mages needs some misc_dwrv_artifact10 from Mzuleft.

The quickest route is to Guild Guide over to Sadrith Mora and grab a ship up to Dagon Fel. The ruin is just southwest of town and should be marked on your map. There are some tough Orcs guarding the ruins, but the plans are on a shelf in the room just right of the entrance.
