Edwinna Elbert in the Ald-ruhn, Guild of Mages received reports about that there has been some sort of disturbance in Maar Gan, Huleen's Hut. You should check it.
Travel to Maar Gan. Leave the settlement, at the slit strider turn left and follow the city wall to the last hut. Enter and kill the Scamp inside. Free Listien Bierles from the closet downstairs. You will need to find a key or unlock the door by other means.
