Eydis Fire-Eye in Balmora, Guild of Fighters asks you to take care of two egg poachers in the local Shulk Egg Mine, just south of town, for its owner Dram Bero. The mine is located along the Odai River south-southwest of Balmora.
Talk to the two miners outside to learn that the poachers are two former miners, Sevilo Othan and Daynila Valas. They can be found in the mine in the Shulk Egg Mine, Queen's Lair. When you approach them, they'll attack.
